Guest guest
Hi Jarad; If it says on the bottle that the product contains alcohol then you could presume that this would be bad for you. If it says, however. that it is an " ethanolic extract " or an " alcohol extract " of the herb, it may not necessarily mean that the final product contains alcohol. Often, they will remove the alcohol (a fairly volatile chemical) from the final product. Does it give a description of the contents on the bottle? A good rule is never take anything that doesn't provide a description of contents! Dave R. (father of (20); PSC 07/03; UC 08/03) > > Thanks Arne, Does anyone else have anything to add to this? Does it matter whether the milk thistle extract has alcohol in it or not? Will the alcohol be harmful for our liver?
Guest guest
Thanks Dave! I'll have to bring the bottle in to work and I'll get back to you. Thanks, Jarad > > > > Thanks Arne, Does anyone else have anything to add to this?
