Let me say something about panic attacks and all that u are experciencing...I

was robbed at gun point while working. I had numerous panic attacks every day.

Until I became a prisoner in my own home. I eventually had to seek phychological

and phsychiatric care. I am on meds now and it though I still have panic attacks

from time to time..the meds surely help. I am undergoing therapy to deal with

the trauma. It has taken me 4 years to get to the point of being able to discuss

it deeply. I waited till my symptoms got really bad to seek help. Please don't

wait!

I'm sorry to hear about your assault. And by a security guard!! They

really should screen those people better before giving them the job. You

are such a positive, upbeat person, and I'm sure the panic attacks are very

scary. You might need an anti-anxiety med for a while until the

post-traumatic stress calms down. I feel bad for your dog, too. Was he

injured? Did he try to defend you? It is a crappy way to begin the new

year. I hope your testimony will help put the creep in jail for a long

time. Take care.
