Guest guest
Jeanne, Thank you so much for your kind words. I honestly have felt like a detective of sorts, if that makes sense! We (pcp and I) got me to the pulmonologist for the asthma and allergies and sleep apnea issues, which led to going to the endocrinologist because we thought I had a parathyroid adenoma (I don't), but that led to the dx of diabetes, metabolic disorder and glucose intolerance, as well as anxiety/depression. So now, after 2 bouts of mono (one is active right now as I have mentioned) and all that jazz, I think we remain on the right track. Will it fix me? No, I don't think so. But if all these docs will work together, we can come up with a management plan that will help me overcome the bad days as best as possible and deal with my new " normal " ! I'm glad ya'll are here, though, because DH doesn't get it. Darlene > > Welcome Darlene - This is a great group for caring and support.
