Panchakarma administration needs to be determined by your dosha and

done at certain times of year based upon your dosha. Check with your

local ayurvedic practitioner before attempting to cleanse yourself

without having a dosha analysis. Email me off site and I can refer you

to two very good practitioners and perhaps they can refer you to

someone in your area.To pursue panchakarma without knowing your dosha

can throw you off balance.
