I was sure that a lot of folks here could relate to most of the things I wrote about. It's too bad you only get short relief by taking the hot baths. It seems as if there could be some way to get relief without taking meds but, so far, I guess we just have to do what we have to do. Maybe someday it will be better. Oh my gosh, I can't lay flat either and not because I'm big chested but I can understand how that would certainly be a problem. I gotta curl up on my side and smush my face into my pillow. I think I would perish if I didn't have my pillows, lol. Been a pillow hog all my life .. one for my head, one to hug, one just because and four more pillows for the poodle pup, plus a half dozen decorative pillows. Takes me forever just to get the dang bed ready for sleep but I don't care. Wishing you comfort .... I do hop in my spa2go and it helps also. But I worry about getting dizzy when I'm in it and my hubby isnt home. Lying flat feels good, but I cant go to sleep that way, I'm very large chested and it feels like it strangles me to sleep or lay that way for long.
