Betaine Hydrochloride Question?

Rosemary, I use a digestive enzyme with betaine Hydrochloride in it. I find

it works better for me than the enzymes without it which makes me feel that

it is helping digest the fats better. I have gained some weight since using

these enzymes so I must be absorbing more of my food, fats included. ( I

went from 95 lbs to 114 lbs in 3 months)
