I have cleared things with division of wildlife to take this guy to a vet and from there a rehab I do not care for (but only one around) will hopefully do the right thing and give him a chance. Pray he makes it, and is given this good chance to heal. I do not believe his injuries are untreatable, since he has stabilized on his own.
