Do you know of other foods that have a high amount of niacin in

them? Although I try not to concentrate too much on the food/trigger

relationship (It can drive you crazy plus I have gotten to the point where I

sort of know what to stay away from), it is an interesting subject to think

about. The niacin angle makes sense. It would be nice to know more about WHY

food can cause reactions for us yet other people can eat basically anything

they want without getting a skin reaction.

The way I read it would be one sitting 40mg+ is likely to induce temporary

flushing in non-rosaceans. Usually lasts only a few minutes to 1/2 hour in

these cases. Also doesn't happen to all of the people all of the time.
