Well there are 4 oils recommended by Dr.Nase to help REVERSE our

rosaceas and beat it.. they are: Jojoba, Chamomile, Emu, and

Safflower. the safflower oil actually hurts his and my skin as well.

I love the jojoba oil base in the vita oil by Dr.Sy... I use a

chamomile oil in my AFE chamomile soothing cleanser for men.. I have

added in the EMU oil the last 4 days and my skin looks and feels so

much better already. no lie!

I figured out cause its soo thick and shiny, to use it only before

bed.. Only 2 or 3 drops is needed for full face.. and use it on still

damp or moist skin, as it absorbs better. putting this on first will

help everything else you put on after like Noritate or Zinc O creams,

it will absorb through the skins barriers much easier and effeciently..

it is non pore clogging, no acne for me.. if you use small amount and

like i said put it on first on wet skin, not last, use the 100% pure

emu oil, nothing else.. dont risk it.

It has some anti inflammatory properties, and even can thicken our

skin, in order to beat this disease get on this oil now, if it doesnt

help your redness, know that its helping any scarring, red marks,

thickening your face, and is helping your other medications penetrate

furhter, stick with it... if you want to beat this disease like i

almost have, use it daily.. as much as you use your jojoba oil!

Thought Id let you know, there are so many brands out there with all

different creams, i tried a few, too many ingredients, which the more

the worse it is for us ceans, so use just the pure emu oil 100%...

By the way, i also use noritate cream, vita oil, zinc oxide barrier

cream by Dr.Sy, zia cleanser, afe chamomile cleanser for

men(soothing).. systemically: I use Ester C, grape seed, evening

primrose oil, zinc, flax seed oil hemp oil.. sometimes an aspirin here

or there or even an antihistamine, when i need to slep a clonidine

always helps, and gets rid of some blushing too. good luck, bye
