Successful day and frozen shoulder.

I had a very successful day yesterday .....for the first time since my

surgery in July I worked for 12 hours non stop .....I thought I was going to

be dead tired but I WAS NOT......I am soooooo please.

The young guy working with me kept saying his neck and his shoulders were

killing him .....and there I was, with my SOMI brace on and cranking numbers

like a mad woman ......I felt soooo satisfied at the end of the day. I not

only got stuff done but I did not complain .....not one time!

I know I should not go back to my normal 12 hour a day days but I had to try

y'all, I just had to. After the surgery I have no desire to work as long as

I did but I have to say my ego was high up every time I realized I had

completed long, tedious, complicated calculations...my brain is still up

there.

Today I am taking it easy ......trying to defrost my shoulder. I did not

exercise at all after surgery and now I have a frozen shoulder......but it

is responding to exercise......gosh I have such a sturdy body........a bit

malformed but good quality LOL.

I am sooooo blessed .......
