Guest guest
I still nurse Ethan and he is 15 monthes old. I was really down on myself about how I looked. I knew I couldn't diet or anything so I decided I would try doing exercises. I had exercise videos that you and the baby did together, but I wasn't losing weight as fast as I wanted. I now do tae-bo while Ethan takes a nap. It is taking the weight off of me fast. It is also toning my muscles, making me feel better about myself, and helping me be more active and energetic. I highly recommend tae-bo for someone who is wanting to lose weight. It will also teach you some moves you can use to protect yourself. @--£ove

Guest guest
I also do tae-Bo. Well, let me say I just started it . . . my little girl is just 7 weeks. I'm excited to here that it works. I have my 10 year high school reunion in 8 weeks! I know I won't be able to loose it all but, I'm hopping for half. I'm also doing weight watchers for breast feeding moms. Guest guest
It sounds like you are feeling bad enough about yourself. Putting your daughter on formula could worsen the blow. If you don't lose the weight and are giving her formula then you will feel depressed and guilty. Take her for walks. Eat lots of salad with fat free dressings. Exercise in your living room to music. Getting up and getting moving will make you feel better and help you to lose weight. I weaned my daughter at 13 months and still didn't lose the weight. Now having a second I realize that my body just hangs on to the fat for about 18 months nursing or not. You actually burn more calories while breastfeeding. Get a book called something like Lose Weight while Breastfeeding ( Help me here girls) Don't wean to lose weight as that isn't really taking into consideration your daughter's needs and that will end you up feeling guilty over your decision. Maybe instead of being critical dh could watch the baby while you go to the gym. Wendi Low selfesteem... From: Dayja99@... Im sure Im not the only one with this problem I ve seen others post about weight. I feel worse and worse about myself the longer I breastfeed. I know my DH dosnt mean to make me feel any worse but hell say " when you start giving Dayja formula the weight will come off " I was going to start formula when my daughter turned 6 mnths which is today. But I tried it for a day and I missed the closness and bonding I share while nursing. I wasnt ready to stop. I do know that I will lose weight when I stop but I wish he could think of something better to say until then. I also have gained weight since I gave birth and along with that came stretch marks. They are so horrible. I dont have much that you can see with clothes on but in intamacy I just want to cover up. Its causing depresion and anger towards myself. Im even considering formula more and more. Thanks for reading this any advice??? Mother of Dayja 1/4/
Guest guest
, I love taebo when I can find the time. I homeschool my 7yo so naps are already taken. I am working on waking up before everyone but it is hard when I am up late on the computer. Wendi Re: Low selfesteem... From: Teapott18@... I still nurse Ethan and he is 15 monthes old.
