Guest guest
gina i wont do the dermabrasion thing but thanks for the warning. i rarely put foundation on so having my make up done by a professional will be treat enough. grace 46 and ellen 55 (my other sister)are both slim and sun worshippers so have lots of wrinkles. i think when you carry a wee bit of weight one advantage is that your fat smooths out the wrinkles. hahaha. just been out all day at my neice's 40th birthday. i looked fabulous (lol). i am finding clothes in the wardrobe i have not been able to wear for years. today i had on a pair of purple velvet trousers that were too small when i bought them. i took lots of photographs of everyone but forgot to get one of myself. found out another neice is expecting so we will have a new baby in october and another in november so the next generation begins. yeah. unfortunately i had lots of cava and chocolate cake. i shall have to march 6 sets of 36 marches for those. peggy, sher standing up from your chair and just lifting each leg in a marching pose for a set of 12 will help with the fitness. its great, you can just flop back down again and do another set later. nothing special, no preparation and you can lift your knees as high or low as you feel. you dont even need to walk anywhere. joyce shame about the nosebleeds but what a visual you gave me with the undies in the nose. for some reason the undies i visualised were black lace.....hope you get some sleep. may uip 0606 glasgow scotland > > > > > > > > Diwala, > > > > I have spent literally thousands of dollars on homeopathic > > > treatments and the end result is I am still getting worse each > > year. > > > I have now gone to three different homeopathic doctors, the last > > > recommended by a friend who was cured of cancer ( she has since > > > died).
