Plese provide comment: Sinuses and Autoimmune problems

Hi all,

I need advice. I have lupus and started AP on Oct. 15,2002. After

three weeks on AP, I developed an inner ear irritation which causes

dizziness and therefore nausiousness. The doc gave me Augmentin to

kill the infection and then Claritin D to help with the drainage. I

took for 1 week and things got better (stopped Zmax during this

week).Then I developed a very bad yeast infection, which the doc gave

me diflucan for. Took and still didn't take Zmax. It made me feel

nauscious I guess from cleaning the yeast off and it dying. Anyway,

felt good for a few days and then this past Saturday night the

dissiness came back. The doc now says for me to start back on the

Claritin D again. I don't know what's going on. I am wondering if the

zmax killed off some of the mycoplasma and then they moved out into

mucos membranes therefore causing the infection/imbalance. Got better

and then I took Diflucan which could have released more yeast into

the area. I wanted to start back on my zmax(MWF) today, but I am just

not sure what is going on. My doc doesn't have a problem with it, but

I am thinking is this my body herxing in its own way.

I am just hypothesizing, but please give me input.
