I reviewed the new " rules " , and I find the letter that you have provided for

the PCP's to be GREAT. Thank you! This helps so much. I will fax a copy to

my physician, Dr. Salko (who is VERY interested in your procedure)

tomorrow. One question that I cannot find an answer to is: How current do

the labs and EKG need to be? 30 days? Sooner? If too great a time lapse

occurs, would these be done as preop testing the morning of surgery? I know

you're ungodly busy, and I really appreciate everything you do even though I

haven't had the opportunity to meet you yet. I wish I were in the position

to apply for employment with your organization. I'm an RN at a Urology

clinic in FL pondering seeking employment with more gratification.
