In my recent post, I forgot to include a very important supplement that my

grandson's fiancée, is, took - digestive enzymes with all meals. She used

enzyme caps by NOW with HCL. Twin Labs Super Enzyme Caps is another good one.

is was surprised at how quickly this program worked for her.
