About 8 years ago, for one winter, everytime I went out in the cold and then back into the heat, I would get hives once inside. They would be all over my arms, legs, sides of my face and extremely itchy. During one particularly bad episode, I went to the dr at work and he gave me a shot of adenoline and it subsided. Of course I was shaking like a leaf. Fortunately this only happened for one winter. I now wonder if this was related to rosacea. Has anyone had this experience? >> Me, it started when I was a teenager, really weird. The hives were incredible, my knees, hands, feet, not my face though. When I would warm up, the hives went away. I eventually came down with Reynaud's and the Reynaud's is not as bad as it used to be. I never get hives anymore. I believe the name of it is coldacera or something like that. Any help with the name, anyone? Thanks, Terry
Guest guest
Hi a. I have a couple recommendations for you. I use Denorex once a week and it helps. Only use it once a week or so though. It's available at Target, Walmart, etc. I also started using shampoo with Emu oil in it. I like it. It seems to retain the moisture in my scalp better than other shampoos. You may also want to try the Nizoral brand shampoo (which you'll find on the net). Chris Dandruff/Childbirth/Hives > Has anyone have a really good shampoo for the flaky scalp?
