Guest guest
Sharon, The site for Kentucky is http://www.doi.state.ky.us If any one else wants to look up their state, do a search on your State Name (Kentucky, for example)Insurance Department. Look for the consumer service or complaints division. My State had an online form, and I gave a detailed, although brief, description of what I have been through. I intended to send additional information, but the postcard that they sent me said that they had enough information to begin the review. It said that I would be " advised of our action as soon as possible " . Someone posted an article on the MGB site the other day that said that complaining to this agency has a success rate of around 80%. The State division also has to answer to a federal division if the complaint is not resolved. I have that address also, if anyone needs it. Actually, there are several places that you can write to for help. I am going to wait for the State to finish their investigation before I do any thing else. Let me know if I can help you further.
