paper cuts and skin cracks!

Can't seem to win during the cold weather. Even though I try to put

hand lotion on my hands often, still get skin cracks on my fingers and

lots of little paper cuts on my knuckles. Especially pinky knuckles. Do

use Nexcare skin crack relief but that doesn't always help those. Since

I am on a diuretic have to wash my hands often in the bathroom, too.

Anyone else have this dang problem? It's frustrating.
