I now take the 10mg/660mg tabs. It is prescribed every eight hours. Some days

I don't take as much as other days.

The dose was just increased about 2 months ago or so. The pain has gotten

worse at times and I am sure that to some degree my body did get use to the

original dose of 5/500 every 8 hours.

It helps me alot though. It even gives me energy in addition to helping the

pain.
