You will be shocked at the treadmill. Start at the slowest speed and

have your concentrator at your activity level. If you see your sats

dropping, turn the concentrator up. But, that dreadful machine or

dreadmill is amazing I think when one actually has enough oxygen. I

remember the first time I got on with oxygen and I thought " omg this is

easy, sure wish I'd known before why it was so impossible for me. "
