I take flonase and allegra but still clogged lately.

I do a saline nasal wash every day, sometimes I use a little alkalol in

It really helps clear the gunk out, but I still deal with problems just

about every day of my life.

Where I live in TX seems to have tons of allergies. I grew up in

Arlington tx and didn't have many problems, but moved to a small town

with more 'pastures' surrounding the area. I didn't have allergies til

moving out here. And this is only 45 miles from my home town - go figure.

I take a mucinex every single day, some days I require two.
