Same goes for me. No abuse, but very, very low self-esteem as a child which

caused anxiety and depression. Physical symptoms, probably pediatric FM

were thought to be " bids for attention. " I wouldn't be surprised if many

who've dealt with abuse have FM, but there are still many with FM who

haven't been abused.
