HELP me place order? zinc and aloe

I have been trying to reach the aloe up florida company to place an

order for the 'ZINC and ALOE'.... please tell me how to do so? I see

only and email address and an information request form... where do i

get a price sheet and confirmation number and total price plsu

shipping? do you have to send them the check($$) first then they send

the product out to you... do they have a phone number??

also, what are the full ingredient list for this? besides zincO and

aloe.... if I want the flesh tinted version is that what id request??

also how long might one of those small jars for $3.99 last?? thank you
