Guest guest
Bill & all, You made mention of a " form " for making records. Did you make it in MS Word? It may seem silly but I can't figure out how to make one. I have tried & tried. I used to do that kind of stuff all the time. I used to do all our programming in VB & Access to make our data bases. Now I can't make a spread sheet. I have the software, thanks to a gift from Microsoft in exchange for some work I did for them a while back.... The trouble is, I can't figure out how to use it. If you have a " form " in any format that I can use.... Would you consider sending it to me via an attachment? God bless, Meigs davidmeigs@... However your arms and upper body need to be stretched also. Watch the ritual that a dog or cat goes through, every time they get up from laying down. That is the type of exercise you need. You do not need (and can not do) aerobic exercises. You need to move all your joints as far as they will move to keep that amount of motion (range of motion). You can do these exercises while sitting or laying down even. I made a form on my word processer and just mark the times. Charlotte tells me what time she felt better the next time I come in and what time the " OFF " period started when I come in for the next pill. A spreadsheet would also be a good way to make the form - in fact you could just type in the first pill time and have it fill in the times for the rest of the day for pills, then print it and leave it with a pencil at your pills. Leave a space for notes. That way most of the repetitive writing is gone. See below (italics are handwriting Bold is printed) that most is repetitive. Same for the rest of the day. Then get a 3 hole punch and keep the sheets in a binder. Sumerize as I did below (after the ON period) for the doctor - don't expect them to read your entire notes. ============= Sinemet 25/100 - Baclofen - Prempro - Amantadine - tylenol - florinef - zoloft ( 8:05AM ) Note's (BP 135/82 HR 81 Temp 97.3) Tired this AM ON period started 8:20AM ================= Her " ON " time generally varies from 15-30 minutes after I give the Sinemet through the tube and 25-45 minutes after I give it to her by mouth. She does complain that she never gets the full " ON " period when she gets the pill by mouth. The " OFF " period is more affected by time of day (or how tired she is). If we go to the doctor or outdoors (other than the deck), she wants the pill after 2 hours. Even going out on the deck causes the OFF time to come at least 15 minutes early. Early in the day, the OFF period doesn't start for about 2-1/2 hours after taking the pill, but after the 5 PM pill the OFF period comes at about 2 hours, but I have to make her wait to at least 2-1/2 hours to keep the total dosages within reason. I am looking forward to the experimental pump system that will give continuous medication all day. Take care, Bill and Charlotte
Guest guest
, Unfortunately, I use Corel Office, and it does not convert tables to MSWord well. Send me your list of medicines and rough times you take them, and I will make you a form which I will convert to html and send in an email. Take care, Bill and Charlotte =================================== Meigs wrote: > Bill & all, > > You made mention of a " form " for making records. Did you make it in MS > Word?
