posted for all who are in our homes or who visit!! That would really

be very much like the small sign I gave my niece a few years ago ---

I didn't think she would really appreciate it, but she told me when I

pointed it out to my husband sometime in the last 6 months and she

said " I really like that --- it's one of the best gifts I have

gotten! " It is one of those that says " If you think this home looks

bad today, you should have seen it yesterday! " It hangs on a peg

where the kids can put their coats up and IT IS the first thing you

see when you walk in. (and this is the mother of 3 girls ranging in

age from 8 to 16!!! They are home today because of the weather, but

as Mom said they were not doing anything to help clean. I spoke to

the middle one, she was playing a game on tv, the 8 year had been out

in the snow and was also bouncing off the walls when she was indoors

(she has too much energy!) and I have no idea what or where the 16

year old was!!!) I cannot decide why those girls do NOT do more than

they do --- perhaps they are in TOO many extra-curricular activities,

they may have so much " stuff " as Mom's parents are divorced and each

set of grandparents give the kids so much stuff, also Mom's pateranal

grandparents are divorced and have remarried which means she has, in

effect, 7 or 8 aunts and uncles and the assorted step aunts and

uncles. As well as having two aunts on their grandmother's side of

the family. I try never to send them too many toys or other things

that can clutter the house, but it's not always possible.

But I do like the Fibro Rights!

I have found that there are a few things I can do around the house

that are not so difficult --- I pay all but one bill --- (refused to

pay dh's credit card, I wanted him to see what his laziness could do

to his credit rating!, any searching that needs to be done on the

computer, I do most of that and when I have the energy or it is close

by, I grab the swiffer and use it on the stairs to the second floor,

etc. I also used to try to keep all paperwork organized, but since

we are planning this major move in 5 months, that's a pain! DH has a

6 ft table in the middle of the living room that he was using to pack

things in but I don't know what he packed in which box????

1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as

to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr.

Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to

certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.

2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be

afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation

better.

3. To unsubscribe the e-mail is:

Fibromyalgia_Support_Group-unsubscribe

4. Also, it is not uncommon for more than one member to be feeling bad at the

same time when it comes to flares and b/c of that potentially take something

another member says the wrong way. And that includes the things that one member

may find funny (even if it's laughing at fibro itself) even though we who deal

with illness whether one such as fibro or multiple illnesses try to keep a sense

of humor.

5. Pls let's be gentle with each other, and if you are having a bad day pls let

us know so that we can do our best to offer our support.

Have a nice day everyone.
