Guest guest
Hi everyone I'm on a high at the moment. I got my blood results back today and they are all within normal range, apart from one which is ever so slightly elevated. I've only been on Minocin since August! (previously tetra and doxy for 1 year each with no effect) I've got masses of energy, little bit stiff at the moment (hormonal) but very bearable. And more good news, my rheumy is so pleased with me, she is even trying someone else on this treatment. Fantastic news when I think how sceptical she was in the first place. Guest guest
Hi Carol, Great news It's good to hear of a sceptical rheumatologist seeing the results that the antibiotic approach brings and then being willing to use the therapy for other patients. We have doctors listed in many countries but never seem to hear of English doctors offering this therapy, apart from Dr. Hornett in Surrey. So doctors' names are very welcome so that we can add them to our list - the list is only sent privately to those who ask for a doctor in their area. That invitation is also extended to the rest of the group. It's very comforting for people to know of a doctor who has used the therapy who they can talk to. I say this with feeling, as no doctor here had heard of antibiotic therapy when my daughter first became sick. Chris. >Hi everyone >I'm on a high at the moment. Guest guest
Hi ann, See we told you so, but until you are there and experience it, it is difficult to make people believe what a wonderful place you are at and how wonderful the staff is there. Please remember that the 1st month will be the most difficult, but you can do it. It just keeps getting better each day! Suzanne In a message dated 1/15/2010 8:21:34 A.M.
