Guest guest
I have slow moving ibs, so when I have a day when I feel 'behind' in the behind LOL, my body will also feel sluggish and sometimes the fibro will be more pronounced. But sometimes I'll flare and it seems to make the ibs start speeding up a bit. I'm grateful to be able to 'go' and feel cleaned out, but it's not a fun experience. I hate tummy issues. I take probiotics daily to try and stay regular, but any type of stress or anxiety will throw everything out of whack. I have to eat fibery things every day to try and be 'regular.' I take a couple of meds that help contribute to constipation so it's a daily struggle. I started eating Kashi oatmeal every day, and yesterday I was so uncomfortable feeling and hoping to move things along, so I had some prunes, and drank a ton of water. But even before the cymbalta it is exactly how you discribed. Judy/WI > >
