I seem to have flare like pain every time the weather changes. Lately

that is every other day. I'm in a small town south of Dallas, TX.

Sherry, I know the weather does has something to do with it.... but so does alot

of other stuff. It does not have to be the weather. You are probably right.

Stress, not enough rest, and just plain old nothing can cause fibro to flare.

It flares when it wants regardless of circumstances.

I will say the I do notice the cold weather makes me hurt worse. I can be in

the house all day and never step outdoors... and if it is really cold, my body

seems to know somehow.

On the other hand, I HATE summer with a passion. I would almost rather take

the extra pain than to burn up in this damn humidity in this area. It makes me

more and more exhausted. Can't win for losing.

hugs,

Debra V.

I think I am having more now than I ever did in Iowa but the weather

change? I can see small changes from that considering we arent talking

major weather changes. But for it to be blamed for the major flare up I

am now in? I dont think so!
