Debbie, when I have a tired day it seems everything in my body is just

sluggish. I move slower, my digestive system slower, and I have fatigue

and brain fog. I don't know what that is or why, sometimes I slept just

fine but just feel tired that day. Sometimes I woke up many times all

night long and that always leaves me just feeling awful.

I think maybe it is that you don't get that r.e.m sleep or something? I

wish I knew. Do you take anything to help you sleep? I've always been

kind of chicken to take sleeping pills but I will take a valerian root

pill sometimes to help, or I've taken Benadryl to help me sleep. It

helps but I wake up groggy. I don't like that. I would love to read

what everyone recommends for help on sleeping.

Sometimes I wake up kind of groggy and dizzy even after a good night's

sleep and sleeping in. Then I feel sluggish all day.

I've never done a sleep study. Hubby may have to have one soon and he

can tell me all about it.

I slept most of the day today. Didn't feel good. Can't wait to see the

rheumy tomorrow, but also afraid.
