, a better choice is splenda, it has no aspartame and is much sweeter

and closer to sugar......great for coffee, but I am not sure if it will do

much to sweeten your " foot " hahahahah......sorry couldn't resist giving you

some static about the typo!!! Made me chuckle!!

Welcome!!

Annie

Greetings All;

My name is and I'm new to the group and am ready to start my

induction.

I have question about Sweet-N-Low. I like to use it in my coffee and

sometimes in my foot to sweet'en it up.

Is this a good or bad thing?

Thanks for the help

Welcome to the List ! The Sweet-N-Low doesn't hinder some peoples weight loss so if you keep losing while having it go for it. As we say on the List YMMV which means Your Mileage May Vary! I myself use Splenda it tastes better and I have no problems with it. You can find all sorts of products including sodas that have splenda in them also. We are glad you joined our list, post often and I hope like most of the men you drop the pounds VERY quickly. Personally while losing weight is the ONLY time I wish I were a male because they always lose much quicker and of course I happen to be a turtle loser but at least I'm losing! Have a good weekend, Cheryl Ü PS To what benefit is a sweetened foot? ;o) Greetings All;My name is and I'm new to the group and am ready to start my induction.I have question about Sweet-N-Low. ,

As the list smartypants, I have to ask what you are doing putting sweet and low on your foot......but either way, its about 1 carb per packet. It does stall some people and I would at least use it sparingly during induction.

Welcome to the group, we don't have many men, so if you feel we're getting too girly for ya, let me know and I'll knock a few of em back into line. :) Oh darnit, Terry said we had to behave, crap, nevermind.

*grin*

Nice to meet ya ,

Becca
