Sorry I've been 'in absentia' lately, spent some time with the " preacher boy "

(my oldest son). He's sort of an itinerant preacher, wants to be a

missionary all at the same time. Learning about printing and photography to

use in missions support, etc. So he's gone a lot.

I've not been reading the posts well as you can tell by my question: What

has been useful for " youse guys " to restore energy? Herbal preferred. This

autumn weather either gives me headaches or drains all my energy or both at

the same time. I'd appreciate ANY info!
