Well I didn't have a flare after my wild day yesterday. I am feeling fine. Had

an appointment today and made the mistake of wearing boots with heels and that

has thrown my back out of line so it is the only thing twinging. The rest of me

is OK. Just found out though that I need new glasses which is going to set me

back about $700 big ones. Oh well, only money, right? My biggest pain is in my

wallet right now. Heading for the jammies and crocs and a nice hot drink. Rain

is coming in tonight.
