Guest guest
babs how long ago was this discovered. rosanna's first smear was abnormal and gave us such a fright. they did something and the second smear was abnormal too. she really got upset then but the third smear gave her the all clear. do you have to get monitored more often. may uip 0606 glasgow, scotland > > > > Babs....Oh girlfriend, your news about cancer just brought me to my > knees! Guest guest
Hi May! Yes, I see the OB/GYN at least 2 times a year, if not more. The found the cancer over 4 years ago. I've had the cryosurgery done and it has helped, but the cells came back after the 2nd pap. Doc says they're just sitting there, not doing much, and are not deep, so we keep monitoring it. I'm due for another visit this month or next, I have to check as my memory is becoming worse every day. Thank God I have a young memory in h. She helps keep me on track. I have so many sticky notes around the place that it looks like a strange patchwork quilt.... I'm very glad that Ro has been getting good results. She's much too young to go through this crap. Hugs!
