I forgot to add my own update. I switched pain meds

and am now on Vicodin. It seems to give me a headache

so will have to work on that one. But I am sleeping pretty

well at night on 6 mg. daily of Prograf and 40 mg. daily

of Prednisone, AMAZINGLY. I also usually nap in the

mornings. My tremors are bad, but at least the pain is a

tad better every day, and they're a small price to pay for

the gift I've been given. Today I took three walks around

the apt. complex - just me, my mask, my son and Misha

- outside.

I just keep saying, " I'm walkin, I'm walkin, I'm walkin

and I'm talkin. "

One of my favorite things is letting the warm shower

water run over the incision site. Very soothing. Thanks so

much to those of you who have sent cards and well wishes.

The new strong lung feels like a part of me - a very special

and precious part of me. God is so loving.

I'm so thrilled with Joyce's Flolan news. Wish she didn't have

the teeth crap to deal with. A potential transplant on the

horizon for her is phenomenal to consider.

Irene, wish I could kick that incompetent and mean-

spirited nurse's butt. Keep insisting for someone else,

and definitely always report people like that so someone

will know!
