Guest guest
I have tried to do some catch up in posts, I think I've made it to sometime Monday. Let's see congrats to MB on all that weight loss, that is amazing and I'm glad you're doing it right and just w/ common sense. Gayleen, welcome. Right before moving here to Kentuckiana I was living in Huntington Beach. I'm originally from Torrance (next to Redondo Beach - LA County Beach Cities), lived in Santa Barbara and went to school at UCSB, then transferred to UCI and lived in HB. Another w/ ARDS like Jane, sounds like hell. Glad things are good w/ your daughter and her boyfriend and that you are getting the help you need now. Thanks for your help in my title w/ Queen Joyce, so funny. Speaking of Joyce, I just spoke w/ her. We had an earthquake (5.2 centered in IL) here this morning, a rare occurance for this area, but being from Cali I new immediately what it was. I wanted to check on Joyce and see if she felt the quake. Unfortunately she is definitely surrounded by the grumpies this a.m. Lucian answered and said she was going to have the teeth pulled today. She said due to some screw up she didn't get dinner last night and now because of the teeth she can't eat this morning. Apparently she was supposed to have a scan of her groin yesterday and the doctor didn't get a report of it and called to see why at 1am and since they didn't get it done, they woke Joyce and did it at 3:30am. She was back in her room at 5:30am when the quake hit and it's just been a bad night. She didn't even get to be awakened by the shaking. Hopefully the dental procedures will go quick and easy and she'll get something in her tummy and feel better. May, wonderful to hear all the wedding plans are moving along and the dress sounds splendid! Peggy, hummingbirds... oh, I'll be right over. Bruce, glad you are home safe. I can't believe you don't like crawfish and you don't like Mexican or Tex-Mex. The only thing I've ever heard you talk about eating in a positive light is canned veggies. Part of my live and thrive is joy in food! K., get your hubby to a better doc. Really, the stuff I'm reading is just so unacceptable. Zena, your little Red Riding Hood is such a doll. Vicky, I new you should lean on . He always comes thru and comes up strong and you feel better. Get that Prednisone and get that inflammation down. I know I'm forgetting a million posts. I gotta get ready for lunch, meeting my hockey teammates for sushi. Kerry 37 IPF '01 S. IN
