Hi Sharon....just a quick welcome here and to let you know I'm sorry the way you were treated by such a jerk-Dr. To simply walk away and not come back is sooooo unprofessional. As you read posts here you will see it is not unusual that we become our own advocates quickly. I've never noticed such treatment except with those of us on this board....Other people don't seem to "get what we get".

No insurance complicates everything for you I know. Are there any state programs, or can you apply for Disability?

In what state do you live and when were you diagnosed? When you add your signature, give this information, it helps us remember you. I don't think there is another Sharon tho'. I'm Sher, been on the board over 2 years, dx 3-06 IPF and NSIP 4-08. I'm turning 70 this year.......

Leanne, Hi my name is Sharon and I just read the file on energy and the therapists at the pulmonary rehab do not understand the fact that it says no aeorbic excersize. I should say I was diagnosed with hp in feb.2008. they want me to use the treadmill along with lightweight weights. Now i'am confused. Can you help meunderstand the file? THANKS SharonLeanne wrote:
