Lift your leg up toward you by bending knee Hold 5-10 seconds and return to starting position Repeat 10 times. #2 Sit on a right height sturdy chair. By relaxing your thigh on the chair, now kick yur knee completely straight. Hold 5-10 seconds then return to starting position Pepeat 10 times #3 Sit on a right height sturdy chair. Curl your knee back underneath c the chair as far as possible Hold 5-10 seconds and return to starting position. Repeat 10 times. #4 Sit on a right height sturdy chair Pull the top of your foot back toward your knee as far as possible. Hold 5-10 seconds Now push the top of your foot down as far as possible.
