IMHO I don't think that there is a " best " kind.

I think there might be a " best " kind for each individual...but these could

be different.

Unfortunately, I think that trying the different kinds is the only real way

to find out. Obviously, I would start with the uidelines on the WACMA

page...but you might find that what is right for one, is not for you.

I know that I went through several until I found what worked for me....but

it is definitely worth it!!!

Best wishes,

I use a super firm pillow from Walmart. I think they are $5 - $10.

No one else in my house will use it. It makes their neck hurt. he he

I have never bought anything other than the cheap kind, but i find my

pillow bothers me.

So what kind does everyone have??

I would also like to know. I difinatly know what I do not want. This was a long

weekend in Australia [Australia Day ] and my hubby thought that he would take me

to the beach about50miles north of where we live. the pillows the motel supplied

I swear were full of wood chips that you use in your garden. Awful pain woke me

at 2.40 this morning. Any advice would be great. warm rgards Ann

Good Morning!

I bought my pillow at walmart. The pillows are

labeled for side sleepers,back,etc..

I am a side sleeper so that's the one I got.I sleep

like a rock except for my wonderful bladder.1 -2 trips

a nite.

Gentle hugs,
