I am confused and need the help of the consensus here.. i already use

jojoba and emu oils successfully. but I want to add in SAFFLOWER as

well! I tried the aur cacia CHAMOMILE oil and hated the scent, the

texture and made my face tingle couldnt see myself using that dsily so

i returned it. but as we know Dr.Nase wants us to use: 4 oils to

actually reverse any further rosacea damage and reverse the disease: 1)

jojoba 2) emu 3) safflower 4) chamomile.

i guess for the anti-inflammatory qualities... Who uses pure oleic

safflower oil, anyone had problems with it??? I tried Dr.Sy's

moisturizing oil with safflower and jojoba oils but the petrolatum in

it made me flared...

Also, I tried AFE soothing chamomile cleanser for men, and reacted to

the cetyl alcohol in it!! what do i do?? I have ben brweing chamomile

tea and putting it in the fridge and ipping it on my face hours later,

is soothing... any suggestions??

do i need these oils?? most of all the SAFFLOWER is it ok? with the

jojoba and emu.... I also use the noritate cream and will use dr.sy's

zincO cream... and under that will be that new sunless tanner from au

courant the bronzed face gel -rosacea friendly... please give me

suggestions thanks a million , bye

I think this was brought up before, you don't HAVE to use all four oils, in

fact that might be overkill. The whole purpose of the oil is to provide a

barrier to protect your skin so it can heal, but it's not necessary to have

all 4, in fact that may be too much. Many people find it satisfactory just

to use one.
