Hi Sharon, Welcome to our group. The long muscles are your thighs & calf. If your 02 gets low usually that is the first place you feel it. They use the most 02. that is one reason they do the six min. walk test. Take care.Love and Prayers, PeggyIPF  2004,  Florida"Worry looks around, Sorry looks back,  Faith looks up." thanks my o2 is between with 93and 91 when iam on treadmill. what are the other large muscles besides calfs.Iam not familar with these and didn't like bio in school.sharon ph 2008 illlsmith7892006 <lbsmith789sbcglobal (DOT) net> wrote:SOB is short of breath. Sharon, Water is really good and tea in moderate amounts. But talk to your Dr, if your not sure. I would drink the most water.  Love and Prayers, PeggyIPF  2004,  Florida"Worry looks around, Sorry looks back,  Faith looks up." that doesn't mean the normal ,i haven't been excersizing so my legs are sore does it?      also how important is water? i love my herbal tea but my sister-in -law (the nurse said to drink more water than tea) does it really matter?sharon ph 2008 illPeggy <pac1773cfl (DOT) rr.com> wrote:Hi Sharon, Welcome to our group. Hi Sharon....I'm fairly certain I replied to your post as a newbie...I try and welcome each one....but I want to say I'm amazed at what you have been through. TB and all the rest! I'm sorry you do not have ins. and I'm sure you have already looked into anything the state or feds. can do.

It is so discouraging to need/require things we cannot get. I remember Joyce giving you the phone number on the website http://www.caringvoice.org.

Was that any help for you?

Keep on keepin' on.....................

Mama-Sher, age 69.IPF 3/06, NSIP 4/08 OR. Don't fret about tomorrow, God is already there!
