Guest guest
There are large muscles in your back. I'm no expert in bio either, just working from experience. If you are at 91 you might consider O2 while you exercise if you can. 91 is OK but 99 w/O2 is better. At least that is what my pulmonary rehab therapist said. Good luck Sharon! Guest guest
Thanks , I use o2 while excercising . I don't think i've ever gone to 99. 98 yes, at the drs. office i was 95 and they said good and to use my treadmill and 1-2 lb. weights. Should i turn my concentrator up to 4 or 5 when doing this. Also how can i tell the difference in back pain from not enough o2 and the strain muscles i have from leaning and hunching over the past three years now that i can stand straight. Thanks sharon ph 2008 illlsmith7892006 wrote: There are large muscles in your back.
