my new file at egroups....

Okay folks....I'm finally getting around to posting a couple of pictures to

the files section of egroups, but I've totally frustrated myself out.

ARGH!!!!! Like, I fashion myself a computer literate person, but I had

trouble making the folder to put the file in. Is it just me? At any rate,

if someone decides to take a look only to learn the file isn't accessible,

would you be so kind as to write me lorihannon@...? Thanks so

You look great, I hope I can do what you have done. I remember you at

the Dr office on my post-op visit. I was the x-mas card girl. any

hints or excercise tips. I try walking but still hard on my left

ankle and knees. send me an email if you can on an average day. So I

can see if I'm doing what I'm suppose to do......Keep up the great

work, It has paid off for you.
