Guest guest
From: Tammera Date: Sep 5, 2008 11:14 AM Would you please send one out for Trevor, he is my youngest Son & wiped out pretty badly on his skateboard yesterday evening. A Man who saw him brought him home & we couldn't even unload him from the car, he said his hip was broken & should know because last year he broke the other side playing soccer. Long story short he had surgery last night for a very bad break in the hip socket area, the Doc said the bone could die & that would mean hip replacement surgery. My Family already has a history of hip problems, myself & Brother ( just had hip replacement) Trevor is only 15!! He now has 3 pins in the right hip. In Feb he got 2 removed from his left side. It's raining today & I can feel the weather, I don't want my Son to suffer like this his whole life! I will pray for your Friend as well & Thank you for being there for everyone ~ Peace From: Tammera Date: Sep 5, 2008 8:26 PM Thank you RaK! I have not had a min., but his name is Trevor A he is 15 & very drugged up at the moment, the Doctor kinda creeps me out as he tells me we have a 50/50 chance that he will not need hip replacement, if the blood does not go back to the bone it will die & we don't want that! Doc also just informed me that his office does not take " medicaide " insurence for poor, so I will have to take him to a place that does for the xray.... Last Spring 07 he was playing soccer & accidentally kicked a cement slab & had a hairline fracture from that fall on his left thigh that Doctor just took the pins out in Jan!! This Doc also said that his bones were soft, he rides his bike every afternoon but it was flat yesterday so he took the skateboard. I have to go but will write more later...sorry Thank you very much! Trevor is a sweetheart of a Kid! Blessings to all, Tammera
