Guest guest
Oh Kerry that is just wonderful. I will be praying that you get "The Call" really soon. I am praying for you to go through this transplant and get on with your wonderful life. Are you packed and ready? How exciting. It sounds like you had a wonderful anniversary, Congratulations to you both. Love and Prayers, PeggyIPF 2004, Florida"Worry looks around, Sorry looks back, Faith looks up." Hi everyone. I'm about 20 digests behind so I have no idea what's going on w/ everyone. I hope everyone is doing as well as they can be. I'm just popping on here to let everyone know the latest on me. I've been gone because my husband and I just really pulled out all the stops in celebrating our 9th anniversary. A get away, fantastic food and drink, garden stroll, spa day, our broadway show, more fine dining and drink... a great time. Today is back to reality as I had told the hospital about this and to hold off on listing me. So today I am listed for bilateral lung transplant and I'm 2nd in line for the state of Indiana. I was expecting a number like 40 or something so I'm a bit dazed and spinning. It's been a long day so I just popped on for the update and now I'm going to try to actually go to sleep. Wish me luck.Kerry37 IPF '01 S. IN

Guest guest
Kerry, I have already told you personally, now here, that I am praying so hard for you and expect the very best. This is so exciting!!! How did you sleep? If anyone on this earth deserves a second chance at life, it is you. No one else could use it all up like you. You live life with such "gusto." You are so young and have so much goodness in you. You are the sweetest friend, the very best mother, so loved by your family and I will have to check with on the wifey part....but he seems mighty happy. I have such good feelings about this. I am longing for the day that you show up at my back door....and I don't hear those ragged breaths before I even get the door open. I want to hear of you on ice skates, flying kites, swimming with your kids and building a snowman. You deserve all this and more! I am so glad to know you. You bring joy to my life and I am sure to everyone who knows you. God will watch out for you. Hang tight.
