Ugh!

This would describe how I am feeling right now! I have been trying to do the IE

thing for a little over a year now. I pretty much eat what I want, when I want

etc. I feel like one problem is the foods that I am eating and craving are

making my body feel tired and sluggish. I crave lots of sugary things. It also

doesn't help that I grew up in a meat and potatoes and junk food house. I feel

like I pick Twinkies over an apple. I used to do Weight Watchers and I have to

admit I did have energy when I did it. I do not want to go back to dieting. But

at the same time, I am sick of being so tired! Does anyone else feel this way? I

find it hard to exercise too, which I also get more energy from for sure. I just

can't get off the couch sometimes! Oh what to do! Any insight or advice is very

much appreciated!! : )
