Yes, if you do the math, multiplying the T3 times 4 plus the amt of T4 in 4

grains, and add them together, that STILL only comes to an approximate

equivalency of 296 mcgs to T4. This doctor knows that she needs the high

dose, above and beyond this, but he is probably thinking that she's been

without T3 for so long, that a very rapid increase would be a shock to her

body, possibly, IMHO. This is why he said that it was going to take time

for her to feel better. As much as she needs, the increases are going to be

many, instead of all at once, because of the T3. My guess is that she's

resistant, so more T3 might not have that effect on her, but that's probably

what he's thinking.

What is your diet like? Are you on a low carb, or rather a low glycemic

diet, with plenty of protein? This has nothing to do with the pituitary,

but 5 insulin shots a day is a whopping amt of insulin. Is your pancreas

not producing any insulin at all?

I have been taking a Thyroid Essentials formula with Bladderwrack in it. So I

guess that's going into the trash with the $hundreds$ of rest of all the pills &

potions I just bought. Like throwing money down the toilet. Can I afford this?

Nope!! Not buying another nutritional thing anymore except food.

Oh, YES, it DOES have iodine, doesn't it?! That looks like part of the

problem right there.
