Article said:

" Enjoy the daily grind. Coffee can clear the cobwebs from your head

and, apparently, your insulin receptors. In a recent Swedish study

published in the Journal of Internal Medicine, researchers determined

that insulin sensitivity improves in direct correlation with coffee

consumption. For each cup you drink daily, you decrease your risk of

insulin resistance 16 percent. Echoing the finding, a separate study

found that men who drank regular coffee daily significantly reduced

their risk of type 2 diabetes. Johan Arnlov, M.D., Ph.D. lead author of

the Swedish study, believes that the antioxidants present in coffee may

be at work. And while sugar is out, milk may maximize the effect. "

My husband's doctor has told him to drink coffee. I have to avoid it

because have SVT.
