Caro, You'll appreciate more and more as time goes on

the fact that stable is a very good word. It's often the

very best we can hope for with PF, and it can last for

a long time for many.

I've only done 6 minute walks around a track or up

and down halls - never on a treadmill.

Great news about your test results! I'm so happy

for you that this turned out well.

Mama Sher,

I never did weights at pulmonary rehab either. We did

do therabands, and stationary bikes as well as some

other machines. My p.t. who came later to my home

did use 1-pound weights with me, though. Hugs to you.

Hugs and blessings,

Gwynnie....I had forgotten the bands and yes, I used a stationary bike. Did much better on the bike then on the treadmill. Rehab yesterday was intake/conversation with RT only. I'll go 2x/wk through May and then hopefully on my own treadmill.

I'm sure feeling better since I started using the O2 at night. Much more energy during the daytime. RT says that's what happens! Goodie for me. It's nice to have something go right!!

Hope you are continuing to do well. I check out the caregivers site........keep on truckin'.
