Asking for help is not something I do easily, so this is very hard to type. Without going into an overdrawn explanation, I am in almost the worst physical pain in recent memory, plus wrestling with (and I & #39;m afraid losing to) some personal demons in my head. Debby,Its very hard for me to ask for help also, so I know where you're coming from. But people always surprise me with heaps of love when I ask, even if I ask silently. You are just hanging on by a thread...yet you ARE hanging on. That takes strength. Wrestling with personal demons in your head and the physical pain...are they related in any way?

Change your focus. Somehow, someway...change your focus.Since I got home from work today, for some reason unknown to me, suddenly (the instant I walked through the back door) was hit with heaviness and I've cried all night until a few minutes ago. I felt like my heart was broken...and I don't know where it came from. Not really like fighting demons in my head...but just so sad - I felt defeated. My husband brought your post to my attention and showed me your MySpace page. In your pictures we look a lot alike. said we look like twins. I don't know about that but I've put my focus on you now and I'm feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you for helping me when you didn't even know you were doing it!!!

I don't know the details of your journey - but I'm here for you if you need to talk. Or vent. Or cry. And I am saying a prayer...sending you love...soothing healing love.With much love,
