Here's all I know about these ingredients:

Weil recommends Calendula to soothe burns and skin irritation.

Shea Butter is a common ingredient in moisturizers and I believe it's a

thickener. Seems harmless.

a Begoun mentions Sweet Almond Oil in her book, The Beauty Bible. She

says that it's " a good emollient and water-binding agent, but can be a skin

sensitizer. "

Hope this helps,

I came across a product on the web for Babies called Baby soothing balm it

contains these ingredients Sweet Almond and Calendula Oils, Shea Butter and

Beeswax. Has anyone ever tried any moisturizers with these ingredients? if

so did you have any bad reactions

There is also a baby oil that contains Sweet Almond Oil, Sesame Oil and

Wheat Germ Oil.

again any bad reactions?

I was considering trying one but I'm still learning what ingredients are

good and which are harsh.

Thanks

I use a baby cream made by Burt's Bees called Baby Bee Skin Cream. It has

sweet almond oil and beeswax as well as aloe and vitamin E. I do not react

to it, in fact I like it very much and would recommend it for those who need

some intensive care moisturizing. Burt's Bees has a web site with a

glossary of ingredients. It explains what all of their ingredients are and

what they do. www.burtsbees.com
